We've added two exciting new products to our line, Baby Blanket sprouting medium and Sea Spray cold processed liquid kelp.

Baby Blanket is a jute grass based felt that will "Baby" your sprouts and greens.

• It holds moisture around the roots for more even growing conditions.
• It allows growing soil type sprouts without the mess of soil and without the difficulty of getting good safe organic soil.
• Wheatgrass and similar crops can be harvested without the worry of including soil in the product.
• Home users can reuse it several times by cleaning out the bulk of the roots and sterilizing the Baby Blanket with boiling water or household bleach.
• It can be composted or used pieces can be used as ground covering mulch in gardens or flower containers.

Currently we sell 2 sizes - a 1 meter(39") by 15 meter(50')

and a 1 meter(39") by 3 meter(10') roll. It can be cut with fabric scissors. Ask for our bulk prices or see our Canadian or US web stores.

Sea Spray is a high quality cold processed liquid kelp concentrate. Recommended mix is 200:1 so 1 teaspoon makes a quart of solution. You can use it as a seed soak, saturate Baby Blanket with it before applying seeds, or use in a spray bottle for misting sprouts. The Sea Spray kelp is OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute) approved, meaning it is acceptable in most organic certification systems.

• It should add essential minerals to your sprouts when they're grown without soil.
• We have seen small yield increases with some sprouts.
• Sea Spray may increase the storage life of sprouts by making the baby plants healthier and more resistant to bad conditions.
