Put 1 or 2 TBSP of sprout seeds in the jar.

Cover with netting and rubber band. Wash, swirl and drain the seed. Add 1 cup of water, and soak for 2 to 4 hours. Drain.

Prop the jar in a bowl or sink. Refill and drain twice daily.

Use or refrigerate.
