Alfalfa Seed

An easy 5-day sprout. We think our organically grown seed makes a tastier sprout than conventionally grown seed.
 

Amaranth, pink

Tiny seeds, great sprouted for just a couple of days and used in salads or baking. Can also be ground for amaranth flour.
 

Ancient Eastern Blend

Beautiful combination of seeds that grow in 4-days. Contains Fenugreek, Lentils, Kamut, Adzuki beans.
 

Arugula (Roquette)

Hulless Barley

Out of stock
This is a type of barley that grows without hulls. It can be ground for flour or sprouted as short sprouts.
It can be used in soups, like pot barley. It will also produce acceptable, but not great, barley grass.
(Barley with hulls is best if growing barley grass)

A crisp and crunchy 4-day sprout. Beautiful red beans, can be used for short sprouts.

Crunchy Bean Mix

An easy 3-day sprout. A mix of peas, garbanzo beans, lentils. Great for salads, snacks, and stir frys.
 

Broccoli Brassica Blend

A tasty 5-day sprout. Contains Broccoli, Broccoli Raab, Radish, Mustard, Arugula. Healthy and crisp addition to sandwiches and salads.
 

Broccoli

Broccoli sprouts have been proven by John's Hopkins University to contain many times the cancer fighting sulforaphanes of mature broccoli. Do not soak more than 2 hours.
 

Broccoli Raab (Rapini)

Tangy crisp 4-day sprout. Great for sandwiches and salads.
 

Buckwheat (hulls on)

A mild and tasty 10-day sprout. Grows great in SproutMaster for mild lettuce-like cuttings.

These 5-day sprouts are similar to alfalfa, but even easier to grow and a mild-sweet flavour.
 

Curly Cress

Fennel OUT OF STOCK

An easy 10-day sprout (slow to start). Lovely mild liquorice taste.
 

Fenugreek

Large vigorous 5-day sprouts with an unusual flavour. Can also be grown as a shoot (often used in Indian cooking). Fenugreek is a traditional herb for colds and flu.
 

Brown Flax

Finally  back!

We include this more for baking or other uses than for sprouting. It's difficult to sprout (see "More details..." for special sprouting directions) and somewhat bitter when sprouted. We like to include it in baking or grind (blender) fresh and add to breakfast food, salads, etc.
 

Garbanzo Beans

Make a nice snack when sprouted for about 3 days, or can be sprouted and cooked for hummus etc.
 

Garlic Chives

A 10-day sprout (slow to start). Wonderful fresh garlic flavour, great mixed with other seeds. They can be grown thickly on soil or Baby Blanket, and cut for fresh greens more than once.

These grow without hulls- they aren't damaged or killed by dehulling. Use for short sprouts, oatgrass, milling, rolled oats, or cook as a high protein rice substitute.

Speckled Sprouting Peas

These are our recommended peas for growing tall pea shoots. Grow in a SproutMaster, Baby Blanket, or soil for tall, sweet 4 to 6 inch shoots.
 

Marrowfat Peas

These grow short 3-day sprouts with a delicious fresh pea taste.
 

Green Peas

These grow short sprouts (3 days) or leafy shoots (10 days).

China Rose Radish

Rye

Use for short sprouts (3 days), ryegrass (10 days), or milling.
 

Sandwich Booster

Contains clover, alfalfa, radish, mustard. Grow for 3 to 6 days.
 

Spelt, dehulled

Spelt kernels without hulls, good for short sprouts (3 days), spelt grass(10 days), grinding, or baking.
 

Sesame, Unhulled

Unlike hulled sesame, unhulled sesame still has the nutrition of the hull, and will grow sprouts. Sesame sprouts are best grown for 2-3 days.
 

Starter Kit

Contains alfalfa seed, 2 pieces sprout netting, 2 rubber bands. Just add a jar and water.
 

Spicy Lentil Crunch

An easy 5-day sprout. Mix of lentils, radish, alfalfa, red clover, canola, black mustard. Our first mix and still a favourite.
