Boil a small pot of water. Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute. Place sprouts in water and let stand for one minute. Drain. This softens the sprouts and gives the hummus a creamy texture.
Puree the sprouts, garlic clove(s), lemon juice, tahini, and salt in a blender or food processor. Drizzle in the olive oil until you have a smooth, creamy texture. Serve with fresh veggies, or sprouted sunflower shoots!
Southeast asian sprout salad
This is a delicious salad using 5 kinds of sprouts! You can always replace the pea shoots with snap peas, and the broccoli sprouts with broccoli florettes.
SESAME GINGER DRESSING:
Heat the coconut oil and sesame oil over med-low heat and add garlic, ginger, and chilli flakes. Cook until the garlic turns golden. Add the tamari soy, vegetable stock, honey, and simmer with the garlic-ginger oil for 5 minutes. Add the lime juice when the dressing has cooled.
Mix the quinoa, sprouts, red pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl. Drizzle with the sesame ginger dressing. If you'd like, top with fresh organic nuts. Enjoy!
Organic popcorn with spiced coconut oil

Pop the popcorn. Melt the coconut oil and add the boullion powder and cayenne. Drizzle the coconut oil over the popcorn and enjoy!
sprouted indian flatbread
This recipe is courtesey of Don Hafford. A delicious healthy twist on a classic Indian recipe.
Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into a flat loaf and place in a dehydrator. Dehydrate 4-5 hours on one side, then 2-3 hours on the other side.
